IRIS Payroll Services implementation and onboarding

To start the move to IRIS Payroll Services, you’ll be assigned a nominated project manager, who’ll be your main point of contact.

One of the first things we do at the development stage is add all your employees to our system alongside their standard data.

Using a template to capture your data, our consultants will guide you through this process.

We’ll also capture all employee year-to-date information in addition to handling pensions and auto-enrolment information.

With IRIS Payroll Services, you’ll get online training with
an implementation consultant, as well as access to videos and guides.

In this stage, we complete final checks to make sure that
everything is as expected.

If we’re parallel running more than one period, we simply
repeat the process.

Many of our clients treat this stage as an informal ‘health check’ of their payroll process.

Any findings, queries or errors are flagged up for correction once the switch occurs, and the service is up and running.

When you’re ready for go-live, we’ll run your first payroll with our implementation team before moving you over to your payroll manager.
